Hi everyone, here’s a roundup of various EdTechSims updates.
1) Gratitude to Ms Tan and Ms Chang
Thankful to Ms Geraldine Tan (NUS AICET) and Ms Chang Huiru (MGS) for sharing their interactive activities on the natural selection of peppered moths and selective discharge of ions during electrolysis. Their generous sharing and creative ideas have inspired me to create similar versions.
2) Usership
This year, there is a month-on-month increase in the number of simulations served from around 10,000 in Jan to 16,500 in May.

Most users are based in Singapore. There is an increasing number of users from other countries.

Most visitors are directed to EdTechSims by Google Sites (gstatic.com) with a significant number coming from Facebook and Student Learning Space (vle.learning.moe.edu.sg).

Very thankful for the support and ideas from the community on how to keep improving the site.
3) Feedback
A very kind stranger left this message on a Facebook post.

4) Site updates
The homepage has been updated with three new categories and a Features page.
The CCE category will house activities useful for civic, moral and citizenship education. The Worksheets category will have scaffolded activity sheets tailored to various simulations. The Blog category will feature articles more prominently.

We have also added a ‘Related Posts’ segment that shows up beneath all blog posts.

5) NUS AICET Sharing
There will be a sharing on Wednesday, 1 July 2026 at LT19, COM2, NUS School of Computing. Please say hi if you are around the area.
Thank you so much for reading this post. Do let us know if there is anything we can improve on. Have a great June break!
